The Wintech Business Development Team recently met with discipline leaders in vibrant Digbeth to align on our goals for the year ahead. Our focus is on delivering a single point of responsibility for our clients. Leaders across all disciplines—including civil, structural, surveying, fire engineering, building services, access consultancy, and façade engineering—reflected on 2024.
The team discussed how our collaborative, design-led consultancy service supports projects from the early conceptual design phase (Stage 2) through to fully coordinated, detailed technical design (Stage 4). This approach delivers the level of detail and coordination demanded by today’s construction projects. The team also explored the challenges the industry will face in 2025.
