Wintech are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and supply chain. Our Ethical Business Policy and company values act in support of this Policy.
Objective
Wintech aims to raise awareness of modern slavery and be vigilant to ensure it is not present in our supply chain. Our objective is to ensure business transactions are fair and honourable throughout all our operations and in line with our company values.
We commit to
- Providing our people with guidance, training and resources.
- Performing due diligence when onboarding suppliers in our supply chain.
- Providing a platform for our people to report any concerns regarding modern slavery and taking appropriate action.
Governance
Our policy and procedures are approved by the Board of Directors and implemented across all Group operations. The policy is reviewed at least annually, or more if appropriate.
