Statement

Wintech are committed to the practice of responsible corporate behaviour and to complying with all laws and regulations which govern the conduct of our operations.

Objective

We aim to instill a strong anti-corruption culture at Wintech and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, so that no bribes or other corrupt payments, inducements or similar, are made, offered, sought or obtained by our people.

We commit to

• Providing our people with guidance and training and ensuring that our policy and procedures are communicated effectively.
• Identifying and taking appropriate action if any behaviour is in contravention of our policy.
• Providing a platform for our people to report any concerns regarding anti-bribery and taking appropriate action.

Governance

Our policy is approved by the Board of Directors and implemented across all Group operations. The policy is reviewed at least annually, or more if appropriate.
