With a solid foundation in architecture, including a bachelor's degree in architecture and a Master's in Façade Engineering, Steven brings comprehensive practical and technical expertise to every project he undertakes.  He has worked at Wintech as a Façade Engineer since 2021 and is also a member of the Society of Facade Engineering under CIBSE.

At Wintech, Steven has provided a range of services, including consultancy, concept design, specification development, design audits, technical reporting, vendor/acquisition/condition surveys, fire surveys, Water ingress investigations, glass risk assessments, site monitoring and embodied carbon calculations, all focused on façades and building envelopes.

His experience spans diverse projects, from high-rise data centre and offices in London to student residences and hospitals in the UK.
