Simon brings extensive practical and technical expertise to major projects.

He is a full member of the Institution of Fire Engineers, a full member of Institute of Fire Safety Managers and also a chartered member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.

At Wintech, Simon has provided a broad range of services, including consultancy, concept design, fire engineering , fire strategy design, façade fire performance and assessments, technical fire engineering reviews, tender reviews, fire risk assessment, fire door inspections, pre-construction design, design audits, technical reporting, building safety cases and site inspections, all focused on fire engineering design and management of a variety of different buildings.

His experience spans across diverse projects, from high-rise buildings, high-rise offices, commercial buildings, complex buildings, public sector buildings, high rise tower blocks, care homes, supported living sites and general residential properties

Simon has vast experience in fire and building safety management systems, which has seen him set up and implement fire and building safety management system for several large housing association, as well advising on Regulatory and Statutory requirements, Industry Standards and Codes of Practice to ensure clients have the correct information to manage their buildings.
