With a strong foundation in Mathematics and Science, Sebastian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and qualifications from the Institution of Fire Engineers in Fire Safety and Fire Engineering Science. He Joined the Wintech Fire Team in 2025 and he is currently working towards becoming a chartered engineer with the Institution of Fire Engineers.

Sebastian brings extensive practical and technical expertise to major projects at Wintech. As a fire engineer Sebastian has provided a broad range of services as a fire safety consultant from concept design through to building occupation. Services he has provided include support for Planning Gateways 1 and 2 applications, peer reviews, façade reviews, fire risk assessments, technical reviews, site visits and fire strategy reports both for retrospective and for new build projects.

His experience spans diverse projects, from residential developments of all sizes, healthcare premises, schools, government projects, military facilities and commercial developments.
