With an HND in Engineering Surveying and over 28 years of extensive experience within the land surveying sector, Lee brings extensive practical and technical expertise in a range of survey practices, instrumentation and associated software.

Over the years, Lee has provided a broad range of surveying services, including topographical surveys, measured building surveys, as-built surveys, site setting out, boundary surveys, monitoring, verticality surveys, volume surveys, wayleave plans, land registry compliant plans, title overlay plans and building area plans.

His experience spans hundreds of varying projects, from the setting out for the construction of a nuclear power station, measuring up cinemas for refurbishment, providing extensive plans of fire damaged buildings to topographical surveys of gardens.
