John is an Associate Director in Wintech’s Business Development Team, bringing over 23 years of experience in the industry. Beginning his career as a Façade Designer after studying Building Studies in the Built Environment, he progressed to Design Team Leader before moving into Business Development in 2018.

He now leads on identifying new opportunities and strengthening key client relationships, supported by deep technical expertise gained from working on major projects across multiple sectors. His extensive knowledge of façade systems, materials, and engineering challenges enables him to provide valuable early-stage guidance and strategic insight to clients from the outset.
