Bill has wide experience of all sectors of MEP services, ranging from biomass installations for glasshouses and for district heating, industrial installation for commercial laundries, offices, university campus buildings and most recently the conversion of London Georgian townhouses to a luxury London hotel. 

As well as core skills, Bill enjoys specialist design challenges that have included tempering of glasshouse feedwater to boost germination and the close-control of humidity and temperature, for museum artifacts and for clean rooms used for the production of undersea telecoms network equipment.

As well as being Chartered with the IMechE, Bill has been a Low Carbon Energy Assessor since 2010 and has provided EPCs for all building types, from single room heritage visitor centres to 15,000 square metre museum storage facilities.
