Aubrey has carried out a broad range of services, for both new build and alteration works to existing structures. These include initial designs and details for pricing, full designs and details for Building Regulation Approval, along with report writing and checking a wide range of sub-contractors details and drawings.

His main experience is in the design of the substructure and superstructure works to load bearing masonry structures up to 4 storeys. The substructure works includes the design and detailing of pile and ground beams/ trench fill and vibro-replacement foundations, along with retaining walls in both masonry and reinforced concrete. The superstructure works includes the design and detailing of the relevant building elements in masonry/reinforced concrete/steel and timber.

Aubrey is also able to advise clients and Architects as to the most viable/economic solutions to the structural layout of any new buildings or alteration works to existing buildings.
