Aashish Vipat is an Associate at Wintech, where he joined in August 2017 as a Façade Engineer, and has over a decade’s experience in Architecture and Façade Consultancy services. Aashish has now progressed into the role of Commercial Engineer, responsible for business development, including bidding for new projects and client relationship management. He holds an MSc in Building Technology from TU Delft, Netherlands and is a Gold Medallist in Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.

Aashish’s expertise spans fire surveys, specification writing, design audits, tender reviews, and façade defect investigations. Aashish has honed skills in technical presentations, site monitoring, and quality assurance. An affiliate member of the Society of Façade Engineering, Ash combines technical acumen with strategic business insights to drive project success.
