Andy is an experienced chartered professional, a RICS Registered Expert Witness, and a graduate of the RICS External Wall Assessment training, with over 30 year solid construction and project management experience in Asia and the UK. In 2024, he joined Wintech’s Fire Engineering team as a Principal Fire Surveyor, specialising in delivering high-quality Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) and Expert Witness reports compliant with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35.

Andy also represents the company on the registered FRAEW panel for the Homes England Cladding Safety Scheme. In addition to holding an MSc in Construction Project Management, he is currently pursuing an MSc in Façade Engineering at the University of the West of England.
