Dr. Ahmet Biler, PhD, CEng, MCIBSE, MSFE, is a Chartered Engineer and dedicated façade consultant with over 11 years of industry experience. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Energy Science and Technology, and a PhD in Architecture and the Built Environment. His interdisciplinary academic foundation supports his expertise in the multifaceted aspects of façade engineering, enabling him to approach projects with a well-rounded perspective. He is also a member of the Society of Façade Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.

Since joining Wintech in 2018, Ahmet has played a key role as Lead Consultant on numerous UK building projects. His responsibilities have included developing façade performance specifications, conducting design audits, providing expert witness reports, and overseeing projects from early design stages to practical completion. His professional experience is complemented by contributions to both academic and commercial publications, showcasing his deep knowledge of façade engineering.
