Adam holds an MEng Mechanical Engineering degree from Cardiff University, and he is a chartered engineer and a member of CIBSE (CEng MCIBSE). He has extensive experience in healthcare, education and commercial projects, some ranging in the hundreds of millions of pounds in total budget.

Adam is a Low Carbon Consultant (LCC CIBSE) and a Passivhaus Consultant with experience in various industry standard building physics modelling software. He has worked on several projects where he oversaw not just the mechanical design but the building energy performance modelling as well.
