Wintech Attend BAU in Munich

Wintech’s Façade Engineering & Access Consultancy teams attended BAU, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Architecture, Materials and Systems, in Munich last week. Both teams had a week of meeting clients, networking and taking in all BAU had to offer.
Liam Shepherd, Head of Façade Access and Maintenance, commented, “We had a very productive trip to BAU. It was great to catch up with some old and new contacts, with a particular focus on façade related robotics.”
Gurprit Bassi, Director of Sustainability added, “The event was a great opportunity to network with a range of industry leaders and proved to be an excellent showcase for product innovation, demonstrating the breadth and depth of the façades market, and the importance of considering the façade when striving to encourage circularity, reduce energy use in buildings and achieve net zero.”

With an interlacing red brick façade in homage to Salford’s textile history, Three New Bailey Square is the third office development within the New Bailey masterplan.
