Wintech’s 2025 graduate intake embarked on their first site visit, accompanying Armin Berenjian, Senior Structural Engineer (Associate), to 5 Aldermanbury Square, a landmark 18-storey tower in the heart of the City of London with views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and Central London.
On-site, graduates Daniel Hawkins and Giuseppe Biscotti were walked through their first site monitoring survey: observing the façade from the BMU, identifying new defects, and learning how design decisions translate to real-world applications, all the while enjoying London’s skyline.
This kind of exposure is a key element of Wintech’s two-year graduate programme, designed to nurture future leaders by rotating through all disciplines, working with industry experts, and tackling real-world challenges.
Armin Berenjian commented: “I was very pleased with the visit to Aldermanbury Square and the way the graduates applied themselves on their first ever on-site experience. It was a pleasure to be accompanied by them: this level of collaboration and expertise allows our graduates to learn from the best while contributing to exceptional projects.”
Application for our 2026 graduate programme are open. Find out more here.
