Wintech is pleased to announce that we are continuing to go from strength to strength as we further expand our Façade Access team with the appointment of Olga Donica as Façade Access Engineer.
With a background in technical BMU design, Olga brings valuable experience across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments. Her approach combines design-led thinking with strong technical capability, enabling her to develop detailed and holistic façade access and fall protection strategies that complement architectural vision while ensuring safe and practical long-term building maintenance.

From concept to completion, our façade access team develops robust solutions that enable safe access to all areas of the building envelope, supporting cleaning, general maintenance, repairs, and glass replacement. With Olga now part of the team, we continue to enhance our capability and service offering across the full project lifecycle.
