We are thrilled to share that Eden, New Bailey, has won Sustainability Project of the Year 2025 at last night’s Society of Façade Engineering Awards!

This recognition celebrates the outstanding collaboration and commitment that went into delivering one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, featuring Europe’s largest living wall and setting new standards for net zero design.

Project Lead and Director at Wintech, James Emery, joined Stuart Fraser from Make Architects on stage to collect the award; a proud moment for the whole project team.

James Emery commented: “Winning the Sustainability Award is a recognition of that collective effort. It celebrates the vision of our architects Make, the trust of our clients English Cities Fund/Muse, and the technical dedication of every engineer, designer, and installer who brought this façade to life.”

It was a fantastic evening celebrating excellence across the façade industry, and this award win is a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and passion that define Wintech’s approach to sustainable design. Congratulations to everyone involved with this fantastic development.
