We are thrilled to celebrate this year’s cohort who have successfully completed the 2024/2025 Wintech Personal Development Programme with CastleBlue Development Limited.
Yvonne Davies, our Learning & Development Manager (Associate) and programme lead, shared her thoughts on the journey: “Becoming a truly well-rounded engineer and individual goes beyond technical expertise—it requires growth in communication, self-assessment, and reflection.
