The third Monday in January, often referred to as Blue Monday, is commonly regarded as one of the most challenging days of the year. At Wintech, we chose to turn it into something positive by celebrating Brew Monday.
Across our offices, colleagues came together over a cuppa and meaningful conversation, reinforcing the importance of connection and collaboration. To add a light‑hearted and inclusive touch, we shared conversation prompts, from favourite travel destinations and memorable people we have met, to film recommendations worth watching at least once.
While Brew Monday provides a dedicated moment to pause and connect, supporting one another is something we prioritise all year round, with wellbeing, open conversation, and support always available to our people.
We all need encouragement from time to time, and this Monday reminded us just how much quality connections and a supportive culture truly make a difference.
