With a strong foundation in Consultancy, complemented by a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering, Liam brings extensive practical and technical expertise to major projects. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and Level 1 Qualified Rope Access Technician (IRATA).

At Wintech, Liam has provided a broad range of services, including consultancy, expert witness, portfolio management, concept to detailed design, specification development, tender reviews, design audits, technical reporting, factory assessments, and site inspections, all focused on façade access equipment and strategies.

Liam has extensive engineering experience, beginning in 2006 and has been responsible for the design and management of a number of iconic project worldwide. 

Notably, Liam presented a technical paper “Key Considerations for Cleaning and Maintenance Strategies in Dense Vertical Urban Environments”, at the CTBUH conference in China in 2016. The paper was published in the “Cities to Megacities Conference Proceedings” publication.
